About the Role

Now, let’s dive into the job…

We’re hiring a Lead Conversion Specialist – Inbound Sales to convert warm, inbound leads into qualified appointments for our sales team. These leads come from webinars, opt-in pages, and existing customer lists—so no cold outreach is required. You will have the ability to make a great income with NO caps on commissions or earnings.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on fast response times, knows how to build rapport quickly, and is energized by hitting clear targets. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring they feel supported and properly routed to the next step.

This is a rapidly changing, fast paced internal position where we are looking for people with that “gladiator” mindset.

This is a can-do position where you will be responsible for reaching out to leads, building rapport and hitting weekly and monthly sales goals. (if you can’t handle a little chaos and extreme discipline, drive, ownership of your role and speed stop here…) You MUST have a “gladiator mindset” and be disciplined, motivated and driven by success!

We are VERY DIRECT; we tell people when they are wrong, we ask why a mistake was made and we do not HIDE. If you do not like blunt hard questions and practice extreme ownership and can’t be responsible to work hard and hit quotas – do not apply.

The position covers the following responsibilities:

  • Connect with inbound sales calls and build rapport and offer Capital School’s suite of products and services
  • Handle daily reporting of your calls, numbers, sets and closes.
  • Must be a great listener – knowing that great closers are also great listeners.
  • Must be capable of handling rejection well.
  • Perseverance, tenacity and ability to rise to the challenge.
  • Adhere to our company’s mission and values.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Have prior experience with “high ticket coaching or consulting offers” – $10-30K+ range
  • Must meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
  • Must be a good problem solver and quick to identify the prospect’s problems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, or high-velocity customer service
  • Strong phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting performance goals
  • Tech-savvy: you can navigate CRMs, lead spreadsheets, and communication tools easily
  • You take initiative, ask the right questions, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Bonus: Familiarity with high-ticket coaching, real estate investing, or capital raising environments

This position is FULL time, and we are looking for people not interested in a “side hustle.” The position starts with a morning huddle, and we also work limited weekends for support of live events. (Office is 8:15 – 5pm but some work a couple of hours early evening and weekends to close deals and make even more money)

We generally keep an eye on Slack (our chat software) most days, and at weekends most people do a couple of hours checking for opportunities to bring “speed to the lead!” Money NEVER sleeps…
