Pay: $40,000 to $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Weekends as needed

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, skilled, and self-driven High Ticket Closers to join our sales team promoting one of the most elite capital raising and real estate events in the country, Brad Blazar’s Capital Raising Bootcamps.

You will work directly with warm, inbound leads who are already connected to our brand and eager to learn how to scale their income and network in real estate as well as business acquisitions, M&A and other uses of OPM. Your mission is to guide them into action, helping them secure their seats and take the next step toward financial growth.

What You Will Do

  • Call, text, and email warm leads to close ticket sales for upcoming bootcamps and live experiences
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow up with prospects
  • Hit daily and weekly revenue goals with focus, energy, and discipline
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, authority, and confidence
  • Sell live and in person during event weekends

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in high ticket closing or event-based sales
  • Confidence and charisma on the phone and on video
  • Strong communication and follow up skills with an obsession for results
  • Experience with real estate, capital raising, or investor communities is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying highly accountable to your targets
